Barring an unforeseen implosion, Justin Rose’s impressive run at the 2026 Farmers Insurance Open should result in a victory on the PGA Tour for the second straight year. Should Rose follow through over the remaining 18 holes on Sunday at Torrey Pines, the 2019 champion at this event would be the first to go wire-to-wire in La Jolla, California, since 1982.
Rose enters the final round with a six-shot lead on Joel Dahmen with Ryo Hisatsune, Si Woo Kim and Max McGreevy the only contenders trailing by fewer than double digits. Already setting a course record by shooting 127 through the first 36 holes, Rose has created some cushion between him and the field with a trophy on the line. As for Brooks Koepka, who has made headlines all year with his return to the PGA Tour, a second round of the week under par is the goal as he enters Sunday at T61, near the bottom of the leaderboard among those who made the weekend cut.
