Updated ATP Rankings Show Changes for Ukrainian Tennis Players

ATP has released the updated ranking of the world’s strongest players, in which Ukrainian tennis players have again attracted the attention of fans and experts.

Updates and positions of Ukrainian athletes

Ukraine’s No. 1, Vitaliy Sachko, has dropped 16 places and now sits 182nd in the world rankings.

Sachko participated in the Australian Open 2026 qualifying but failed to reach the main draw.

Other Ukrainian players also recorded changes: Vyacheslav Belinsky rose six places and is now 370th, Vadym Ursu – 427th, up by three positions. Oleh Prykhodko dropped to 472nd place, 32 points lower than the previous. Oleksandr Ovcharenko rose 11 positions and now sits 498th.

These changes demonstrate the dynamism of Ukrainian tennis representation on the global stage.

Standings of the world’s top players

In the top three of the rankings, Carlos Alcaraz of Spain remains the leader, after recently winning the Australian Open. In second place is Jannik Sinner of Italy.
