UFC CEO Dana White and Boxing Hall of Famer Oscar De La Hoya’s feud doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon after the UFC head’s latest rant.
UFC head Dana White and Boxing legend Oscar De La Hoya were once close friends, having shared a connection to combat sports earlier in their careers. During many of De La Hoya’s biggest fights, White was often sitting ringside watching the boxing star’s many signature wins.
Fast forward to 2026, and things remain as tense as ever between White and De La Hoya. After White’s recent ascent into boxing via his Zuffa Boxing promotion, De La Hoya has been less than complimentary of his new gig.
De La Hoya recently criticized White, TKO, and Zuffa Boxing for allegedly attempting to amend the Muhammad Ali Act. The former boxing world champion has also been especially critical of UFC fighter pay under White’s tenure.
It didn’t take long for White to hit back.
Dana White pushes Oscar De La Hoya to ‘pay his f—– rent’ amidst latest beef
In a recent interview with Nina Drama, White responded to De La Hoya’s latest taunts.
“These guys like Eddie [Hearn], Oscar, Oscar’s on a sinking ship and won’t shut the f— up. It’s fascinating,” White said of De La Hoya.
“He’s going to have to throw the panties and stockings back on and get on OnlyFans, start paying his rent. My boy is running out of money! Ship is sinking very fast and he’s talking s— all the way down. Is that what you wanted everybody? There you go.
“Pay that 23 million dollars in f—– rent you owe, buddy.”
As of this writing, De La Hoya hasn’t responded to White’s latest taunts.
White and Zuffa Boxing are looking to make big moves in the promotion’s infancy. Heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk is reportedly in talks to sign with Zuffa Boxing.
