Canadian indie bands Broken Social Scene, Metric and Stars are joining forces for a new North American tour beginning this summer.
The All the Feelings tour is in support of Broken Social Scene’s upcoming May 8 album, Remember the Humans, the supergroup’s first in more than almost a decade.
The tour kicks off on June 8 in Austin and has only one Canadian stop, ending with a hometown Toronto show on on Aug. 7.

“There’s a different kind of honesty in this record,” Broken Social Scene’s Charles Spearin said in a press release, adding, “We’ve had success, we’ve lost friends, we’ve lost parents, we’re at this ‘what happens next?’ stage in life.”
Metric will also be supporting its album Romanticize the Dive, out on April 24.

Metric’s Emily Haines shared the album’s first single, Victim of Love, and explained that Romanticize the Dive “is about the romance of a less than perfect life,” in a press release.
“It’s about dropping the mask of self-consciousness and vanity,” she said. “It was a long journey for me to get out of my own way and I wanted this song to be a rallying cry for that, better late than never. “
“For this record, we put back the OG crew that made Fantasies so we could really look back at what our process was back then,” Haines told NME in a new interview.
“When we were looking for direction, we would go back and listen to our own work. It makes sense on your 10th album to ask, ‘What would Metric do?’ I don’t know!” she said. “Let’s remember. What is the essence of the sound and the emotion of what we are?”
The full list of tour dates is below, and tickets are available for general sale on Feb. 6.
