ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. – Beginning the spring season, USC Upstate men’s golf traveled down to Florida for the Sea Best Invitational. The tournament was shortened from 54 holes to 36 due to weather.
First on the scorecard was Jackson Stone, posting scores of 74-70 for 144. Stone had an impressive second round, marked by 17 pars and one birdie to finish the day one under. He secured the top-30 finish, tying for 27th out of a field of 86.
Jaskaran Sohal completed the tournament with a score of 151.
Improving his scorecard, Alec Prentice went 80-72 for a total of 152.
Ross Wright and Nate Heller rounded out scoring for the Spartans, posting scores of 157 and 167.
