Bo Nickal will not wrestle Khinchegashvili at the event; Bo Basset, however, will.

“Please accept our apologies for the incorrect information that was shared earlier this morning,” the promotion’s amended news release started.

RAF07 still is set for March 28 at Yuengling Center in Tampa, Fla. – not Tampa, Kan., or Tampa, Colo.

Bassett is 2-0 for RAF with wins over Cayden Henschel and former Bellator standout Darrion Caldwell. Khinchegashvili, won the 2016 Olympic gold medal for Georgia and silver in 2012.

“This event is a clear snapshot of where RAF is right now,” RAF CEO Chad Bronstein said in a release. “You’re seeing the sport’s top athletes competing in matchups that simply weren’t possible before. Bringing RAF07 to Tampa Bay lets us keep building momentum in a first-class arena while continuing to show what a true professional home for wrestling looks like.”

RAF06 takes place Feb. 28. in Tempe, Ariz. That show is headlined by retired former UFC fighters Henry Cejudo and Urijah Faber. Plus, UFC lightweight contender Arman Tsarukyan takes on Georgio Poullas.
