The third and final workout of the French Throwdown online qualifier was officially released today. The workout is very similar to what Luka Đukić said it would be, except for a shorter AMRAP with a few more burpee shuttle runs each round.

12 Burpee Shuttle Run (5-meters)

12 Burpee Deadlift to Farmer Carry (22.5/15kg) (5-meters)
Athletes have until next Wednesday, February 10 at 8:00pm CET (2:00pm EST) to submit their score for the final workout. The top 20 men and women worldwide will receive an invite to compete at the French Throwdown this May.

What about the leaks?
Last Thursday, following the live announcement show for Workouts 1 and 2, Đukić shared a screenshot that was almost identical to Workout 1. The problem was that the screenshot was from the Friday before the official announcement, meaning that the workout had been leaked.
Then, one day later, on Friday, Đukić shared another screenshot. This time it was Workout 3. Again, the problem was that Workout 3 was not supposed to be revealed until today.
The French Throwdown then responded with a reel on Instagram saying, “See you next Thursday for the official announcement, and find out the real version.”
That real version was almost identical to what Đukić posted nearly a week earlier.
Sure, the shuttle runs were 12 reps instead of 8 and the AMRAP was nine minutes instead of 12, but it definitely shows that whoever was testing the workouts told someone about it.
