Rising on the south side of Rosehill Avenue in Toronto’s Deer Park neighbourhood, Rosehill Tower has topped out, with exterior cladding largely installed for the 31-storey rental building from QuadReal Property Group, BGO, and bcIMC. Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, work is wrapping up on exterior finishing while interior work progresses on lower floors. UrbanToronto’s last update was in April, 2025, when the concrete structure had just passed the halfway mark.
Looking northeast in June, 2025, the tower stood at 23 storeys, with exterior envelope installation progressing steadily up the lower half of the structure. Along the south and west elevations, cladding and glazing have been installed to roughly the 13th floor. The facade is defined by a window wall system of dark gray mullions and spandrel panels, framed within a crisp white accent grid.

In September, 2025, the narrower south elevation showed the facade pattern extending steadily up the tower as envelope work advanced. Along the west elevation, glass balcony guards are installed up to the 14th floor, while projecting concrete balcony slabs remain supported by shoring posts on upper levels. Cement panel cladding runs continuously up the left and right edges of the south elevation, forming a durable border.

The podium’s northeast corner, seen here in October, 2025, shows curtain wall installation advancing beneath a cantilevered, angled concrete slab that contributes to the tower’s chamfered southeast massing. Curved glazing panels are largely in place at ground level, following the rounded corner geometry, with protective coverings still masking the lower portion of the glass. Above the curtain wall head, insulation lines the spandrel zone directly beneath the slab edge. Rising overhead, balcony slabs angle around the corner, their glass guards already installed.

By December, 2025, Rosehill Tower stood structurally topped off with exterior enclosure largely complete, and the mechanical penthouse visible above. On the right, corner balconies project outward with glass guards fully installed, while a vertical column of balconies runs up the centre of the elevation. A full-height construction hoist remains attached at the northwest corner, and blue weatherproofing is visible along the second- and third-floor slab edges at grade.

This month, exterior enclosure nears completion along the north elevation, with glazing installed continuously up to the roofline. Most of the white accent panel cladding is in place, though narrow strips of dark temporary protection remain where final panels have yet to be installed. At the top of the tower, localized scaffolding and temporary access structures flank the mechanical penthouse as finishing work continues. Blue weatherproofing remains visible along the roof’s slab edge, while the crane is still standing near the east side.

Rosehill Tower stands 103.5m and will deliver 263 purpose-built rental units.
