Yet another Canadian women’s Olympic hockey game might be in danger of postponement.

After the Canadian women’s opening game against Finland, scheduled for Thursday, was postponed following an outbreak of Norovirus within the Finnish squad, the Swiss team is now in isolation after a positive test result for the stomach illness.

Canada is scheduled to face Switzerland on Saturday at 3:10 p.m. ET in the preliminary round of the Olympic tourney.

The Swiss Olympic Committee said a player tested positive for the virus, prompting the entire team to enter isolation and skip the opening ceremonies on Friday. The test came after Switzerland beat Czechia 4-3 in a shootout earlier in the day.

The Swiss committee added that the athlete has had a room to herself since arriving at the Olympic Village on Feb. 2, and has been isolated from the team since symptoms appeared. She is also no longer showing symptoms as of Friday morning.

The Swiss team was isolated after the match against Czechia and is collaborating with medical staff and following expert consultations.

Canada’s first game was delayed after the stomach illness began spreading among the Finnish team earlier in the week. The game was rescheduled to Thursday, Feb. 12, at 8:30 a.m. ET.
