Members have voted to ratify our tentative agreement!

Yes: 79.2%
No: 20.8%

61.4% of eligible members participated

Lamont Health Care Centre GSS Votes:
Yes: 94.4%
No: 5.6%

54.5% of eligible members participated

Your team thanks you for your patience and solidarity over the past 24 months. We are grateful for the support you showed throughout this long and challenging round of bargaining. Your solidarity was how we won the raises, benefits, and job security we deserve.

As per the new agreement, the employer will pay all retroactive pay within 90 days. We will share more details once we get them.
