Last month, Rogers asked Canadians everywhere to donate their old hockey jerseys for a unique display of national pride and unity. Cameron Lizotte took over from there.

During an interview this week on our Closer Look podcast, Lizotte talked about his love for the game, the process he went through to craft each jersey, and how honoured he felt to be chosen for such a sentimental assignment.

He also had a timely message for hockey parents across the country, after some disturbing reports about fan behaviour in northern Ontario.
