This funny recollection came up during a conversation about his memorable role in the classic 1987 film ‘Wall Street’. ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp’ star Michael Douglas has opened up about his bond with fellow actor Jack Nicholson. People reported that during a questioning session, Douglas recalled how Nicholson would often tease him and give him a hard time. While attending a screening for his 1987 film ‘Wall Street’ in New York City, the actor talked about their bond and shared that his experience with acting has always been connected with how his hair is styled. He added that the different styles often help his characters and define them from one another. He quipped about how Nicholson would often comment on his ‘hair acting.’ He explained, “Jack Nicholson always used to give me s–t about hair acting. [He’d say], ‘What’s with his hair acting?’ I said, ‘You should talk.’”

During the session, he also talked about how he starred in ‘Wall Street’ and how he landed the role in the first place. He revealed that before landing the role, he found that Warren Beatty and Richard Gere both had accepted the role on Oliver Stone’s film, but had then ended up passing on the opportunity. Douglas has stepped away from acting and has often expressed his desire not return to acting anytime soon. During his appearance last year in July at the press conference at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, the actor revealed that he did not wish to return to acting. He had stated at the time, “I have not worked since 2022 purposefully because I realized I had to stop. I had been working pretty hard for almost 60 years, and I did not want to be one of those people who dropped dead on the set.”
