Cobolli had a fantastic 2025 season having made his top 20 debut as well as breaking new ground on the ATP tour. However, the start of the new season hasn’t been the best for the Italian who has struggled with illness and is yet to find his best tennis. Now, the Italian will hope Dallas is the place where he can kickstart his season and find a new lease of life.
Pinnington Jones will use the first serve to be aggressive and will aim to put pressure on Cobolli’s baseline game. Meanwhile, Cobolli’s forehand will put the Brit into different positions on the court as he aims to test the Brit’s defensive skills. This will be a tough match for Pinnington Jones as the start will be the key to his chances as Cobolli’s consistent power is expected to prove too strong here.
