Way to leave us on a cliffhanger, Bold & Beautiful. The promo for the episodes airing Feb. 16-20 that aired at the end of Friday’s episode (recapped here) looked an awful lot like a matter of life and death — Eric’s life and death!
Eric Reads Ridge the Riot Act
For weeks, the Forrester family’s patriarch has been keeping under wraps his involvement with Logan as the upstart fashion house’s lead designer. Coming up, it would appear that the new gig that he accepted after being forced out of his own company is coming to light. In his living room, Eric yells at Brooke and Ridge that “I can still create designs!”

And by all accounts, his latest output is tremendous — and doesn’t seem to have done his health any harm, either. But defending himself to his son and daughter-in-law… that puts such a strain on Eric that he becomes short of breath.
Before we know it, 911 is being called — and we’re being stuck wondering whether this incident is going to do what Eric’s mystery malady didn’t and put him down for the count. Say it ain’t so!

Has Will Lost Electra for Good?
In the other big story playing in the week ahead, Will is in damage-control mode. Ivy has convinced Electra that she all but witnessed an orgy going on at the beach house while she was out of town. (A bikini and a ballet dance… scandalous!) But Will isn’t giving up on his girlfriend.
The relationship was doing fine and also dandy before Ivy came along and started “ruing things,” Will argues. Maybe… but “if the roles were reversed, I really don’t think you’d want a guy living with me,” Electra counters. And that’s probably true.

The obvious solution is for Will to have Dylan move onto the Spencer estate or into some property or other that daddy Bill owns. (You just know he’s got a spare apartment complex somewhere.) Or Deke could offer Dylan the room above Il Giardino.
But of course that is unlikely to happen, as we need to create conflict between Will and Electra. If you ask us, she’s being so extra that he’d be way better off with Dylan, who thinks of him as a prince (according her voiceover).
