Feb. 18 (UPI) — Miley Cyrus will revisit role that launched her to stardom in the Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special.
The program will feature an interview with the actress and music artist, a live audience, previously unreleased videos and iconic set pieces.
“Hannah Montana will always be a part of who I am,” the youngest Disney Legend inductee said in a statement. “What started as a TV show became a shared experience that shaped my life and the lives of so many fans, and I’ll always be thankful for that connection. The fact that it still means so much to people all these years later is something I’m very proud of.”

“This ‘Hannahversary’ is my way of celebrating and thanking the fans who’ve stood by me for 20 years,” she added.
Hannah Montana premiered on Disney Channel in 2006 and ran through 2011. Each episode saw some 4.4 million viewers.

The songstress recently penned “Dream as One” for the most recent Avatar film, Fire and Ash and confirmed her engagement to Maxx Morondo.
The special arrives on Disney+ March 24.
