Teen charged in death of Winnipeg woman family, friends say was loved by many

A 14-year-old boy has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Avontai Hartleib, who her family and friends say was just beginning to pull her life together after spending years in the child and family services system. Winnipeg police say the 18-year-old was found dead in a home on Young Street on Saturday morning.
