New free counselling sessions are now available for cancer patients across Sligo and surrounding areas
The Irish Cancer Society has partnered with Sligo Cancer Support Centre to provide free counselling for cancer patients in the region.
Funding up €68,000 will allow cancer patients, survivors and their family members to access free counselling services.
Last year alone almost 13,000 counselling sessions were provided for free through cancer support centres across the country.
