The caregivers of a 15-year-old who went missing from northeast Cornerstone on Tuesday are concerned for his well-being, Calgary police say.

Darion is reported to frequently use public transportation, particularly CTrains, when travelling within the city.

Officers are also concerned for his well-being, adding that he suffers from medical conditions and wasn’t dressed for the weather when he disappeared.

Meanwhile, Darion is described as being 5’7″ tall, weighing around 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black T-shirt.

Investigators say foul play isn’t suspected at this time.

While this doesn’t meet the threshold for an Amber Alert, police say they are working with the Missing Children Society of Canada to “issue an alert in hopes of finding Darion.”

Anyone with information about Darion is asked to call Calgary police at 403-266-1234 or leave a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
