The 2026 Genesis Invitation is Jacob Bridgeman’s to lose. The 26-year-old South Carolinian is in pole position to win for the first time on the PGA Tour, taking a six-shot lead into the final round at Riviera Country Club in the second signature event of the season.

Up for grabs is not only a trophy, handshake from Tiger Woods and $4 million winner’s share but the pride of having conquered a Riviera course that is considered a tremendous test. Bridgeman, who came closest to a win with a runner-up finish at the 2025 Cognizant Classic, will need to hold off Rory McIlroy in Sunday’s final pairing as he aims to prevail out of a leaderboard with the likes of Xander Schauffele, Tommy Fleetwood and Adam Scott inside the top 10 as play concludes in Los Angeles.
