Located at Church Street and Main Street, the project will deliver 400 new rental homes for students, new Canadians, young professionals, and families—steps away from Brampton GO and major transit routes.

Church & Main will feature modern amenities, co-working spaces, fitness and wellness facilities, and is targeting LEED Gold certification. The project is expected to welcome residents in 2029, advancing Councillor Santos’s commitment to building a more connected, sustainable, and livable downtown.

Councillor Santos helped champion the need for housing and worked alongside project partners – LiUNA, Fengate, and The Hi-Rise Group, with a shared commitment to addressing Canada’s, and especially Brampton’s, critical housing challenges through responsible, high-quality development. Church & Main marks the second purpose-built rental property delivered by the partnership in Brampton, following Manett Urban – Rentals on the Park, which reached 90% occupancy earlier this year.

Highlighted amenities at Church & Main will include co-working and social lounge spaces, fitness and wellness facilities, indoor and outdoor community gathering areas, a pet wash area, game rooms, and multi-purpose activity spaces.
