Peel police have identified a second suspect in connection with a shooting in Brampton last summer that left one person dead.

On Aug. 19, 2025, two suspects allegedly entered a home on Bayhampton Drive, near Castlemore Road and Humberwest Parkway, in Brampton and shot two individuals, according to police.

One man was pronounced dead at the scene, while a second was treated for gunshot wounds at the hospital and later released.

In October, police arrested Dilpreet Singh, 24, of Brampton. He was charged with first degree murder.

Investigators have now identified a second suspect. Twenty-nine-year-old Manpreet Singh, of no fixed address, is wanted on a Canada‑wide warrant for first degree murder and attempted murder with a firearm.

Singh is described as five-foot-10 with a medium build, straight black hair, brown eyes, a full beard, and a right forearm tattoo reading “Manna Sukh” with a heart symbol in between the two words.

Police say Singh may be armed and dangerous. If seen, call 911 immediately.
