The Hunter Brothers’ winning streak on Family Feud Canada came to an end Thursday night.

After dramatic last-minute comebacks Tuesday and Wednesday, the Shaunavon brothers were shut out by Port Dover, Ontario’s Azzopardi family, who claimed the $10,000 prize.

Ty, Luke, and J.J. missed the opening buzzer question, allowing the Azzopardis to jump out to a 214-0 lead. The Ontario family scored top marks on the “someone in your phone contacts under a rude name” question. The Hunter Brothers had two steal opportunities; “something a Canadian might have pumping through them” and “something people put on to get through a long day,” but were unable to cash in.

Brock Hunter took the buzzer in the triple points round, facing the question, “If you’re kissing up to the flight attendant, what might you be doing?” He, too was beaten, cementing the Azzopardis’ victory as they nailed 3/4 answers. A final steal attempt for the Hunter Brothers fell short, as they lost 482-0.

With their loss, the Hunter Brothers have been eliminated from the game show, which will now move into its eighth season.
