The City of Brampton is hiring, and you can learn if you are up for the job.
Tomorrow (Feb. 28), the city is holding a job information session focused on seasonal roles for the summer of 2026.
From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Save Max Sports Centre, the session will connect residents directly with hiring teams who can share details on available roles, outline recruitment timelines and provide support through the application process.
Interested job seekers ages 16 and older are encouraged to bring a resume on a USB key and apply for a job in one of several community service roles.
The jobs will support neighbourhood programs, recreation spaces, parks and services residents rely on.
“Seasonal Community Services roles place residents directly into neighbourhood spaces where people gather, learn and stay active,” the city says. “Each role supports programs residents count on throughout the summer.”
Opportunities will be available across several city departments, including:
camps
aquatics
facility operations
inclusive program support
parkskeeper
seasonal labourer
gardener
arborist
landscaper construction
maintenance handyperson
fitness
skate programs
sport programs

The Save Max Sports Centre is located at 1495 Sandalwood Parkway East.
