A man is in critical condition after being stabbed inside a residence in Brampton on Saturday afternoon.
Peel police say a call came in shortly after 4 p.m. for a stabbing in the area of McLaughlin Road South and Oaklea Boulevard, north of Highway 407.
Officers are looking for one suspect who they say knew the victim. Their exact relationship is unknown.
No description has been released.
The circumstances that led to the stabbing are not immediately known.
Police say they have a large presence in the area as they investigate the incident.
