I watched Michael Jordan just win his third consecutive race, or at least his driver of the team that he owns won his third consecutive ri- race.

So overreaction or underreaction, Michael Jordan is a far better NASCAR owner than he was an NBA owner.

Underreaction.

It’s an awesome story what Michael Jordan’s doing in the NASCAR, series, but I, I gotta say the bar is pretty low, guys, in terms of, uh- whether he’s a better owner in, on, in NASCAR than in the NBA.

Remember, he was 177 games under .500 as the owner of the Charlotte Hornets.

The best thing he did was bring back the purple and teal, bring back the Hornets name.

But remember, he is in the record books for overseeing the worst win percentage in NBA history with that 7-59, team, back in 2012.

And I, and I, I Look, it’s not a high bar, but I don’t wanna kinda demean what he’s doing over, on the motor speedways.

He’s– It’s a really cool story, and I do think it’s evidence that sometimes these players are better when they’re taken out of the, the executive role in their sports because they can look at this clear-eyed and not hearkening back to when they were in their playing days.

But saying Michael Jordan is a better NASCAR owner than he is an NBO- NBA owner is a lot like saying Magic Johnson is a better NBA player than he was a late-night TV host.

The bar is not very high, guys.
