The start of 2026 saw a slowdown in sales in Brampton, but that didn’t stop multiple high-end properties from selling far above the average price of around $1.2 million last month.

The home is on a two-acre lot with its own creek, and has five bedrooms with some 8,200 square feet of living space with a four-car garage. The home has nine-foot ceilings and a main bedroom with a six-piece en suite, and a 2,600-square foot finished basement.

25 Leo Austin Rd. – $2,700,000

This 5+1 bedroom home has 6,755 square feet of living space and a three-car garage on a 249-f00t extra-deep lot. The home has a modern chef’s kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and five bedrooms including two main bedrooms with five-piece en suites.

8859 Creditview Rd. – $2,031,000

Billed as a “luxury estate,” this home has over 6, 500 square feet of living space with nine- and 10-foot ceilings, and a large family room with a two-sided fireplace.

This property was once a builder’s model home, and has around 5, 600 square feet of living space with 5+3 bedrooms.

The gourmet kitchen features a butler’s pantry, walk-in pantry, a large island, and spacious breakfast area. The basement has a legal 3+1 bedroom apartment that could be used as extra space or a rental.
