Dominik Mysterio loses the WWE Intercontinental title to Penta after being “cursed” by Danhausen

As seen during the March 2nd 2026 edition of WWE RAW, Dominik Mysterio defended the Intercontinental title against Penta.

Towards the end, Dominik called for the ring bell hammer in a desperate attempt to win. JD McDonagh retrieved it, but Finn Balor quickly snatched it away before it could be used. Penta then wiped out both men at ringside with a dive. Back in the ring, he avoided the 619 and countered with a Destroyer to secure the victory and win the title.

Dominik had been “cursed” earlier in the show by Danhausen.
