A luxury mansion featured in a popular movie sold in Mississauga last month.
The home at 2215 Doulton Dr. was the most expensive sold last month, according to real estate brokerage Zoocasa.
The five-bedroom home was featured in the 2004 film, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, starring Lindsay Lohan and Megan Fox. The home is the backdrop for Carla Santini’s (Megan Fox) giant cast party in the movie.

This opulent home boasts a double staircase at the entry, a home theatre, five bedrooms with two more in the basement, eight bathrooms and a heated 12-car garage.

The “resort-like” backyard has an in-ground pool, fountains and a tennis court.
The property sold for $10 million in 2017, according to online real estate records. It was listed for $12 million in early 2025, and then re-listed in November for $10.9 million.
The home sold last month for $8,550,000, under the $10,999,999 list price.

This six-bedroom Lorne Park home, clad in Indiana limestone, has over 10,000 square feet of living space. Over 250 cedars surround the home. Features include gas fireplaces, 17-foot ceilings in the primary bedroom, a gym, a recreation area, a movie theatre, a wine cellar and a triple-car heated garage.
This home sold for $3,670,000, under the $4,399,000 list price. This place sold for $3,715,000 in March 2021, according to real estate records.

This six-bedroom home is located in Whiteoaks of Jalna, Lorne Park. Custom-built, it offers over 7,400 square feet of living space. Features include a fireplace and a walk-out to a deck in the primary bedroom, a three-car tandem garage, an in-ground saltwater pool with a waterfall, a cabana, a hot tub and a fire pit.
This home sold for $4,100,000, under the $4,395,000 list price.
