While the most expensive home in Brampton last month traded hands for more than $3 million, the most affordable home was sold for just a little more than $300,000.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo was the most affordable unit sold in Brampton last month and has around 1,277 square feet of living space. 803-12 Laurelcrest St. – $355,000
