A brand-new French bakery and cafe is set to open its doors in Calgary this week, and we are très excited about this one.
Choux & C will be officially opening its doors in Marda Loop at its grand opening celebration on March 7 and 8.
As part of the festivities, Choux & C will be offering a 20 per cent discount on all drinks purchased over the weekend.
The specialty here will be choux à la crème (or cream puffs, for the non-French speakers among us) in a variety of flavours. Previously, the brand has made crème brûlée, coconut, and passion fruit, as well as macchiato iterations, among others.
There will also be other traditional French pastries as well as carefully crafted coffee drinks.
If you’re in the neighbourhood and simply can’t wait, you may just want to sneak by for their soft opening hours on Thursday, March 5 and Friday, March 6.
The spot will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and until 3 p.m. on Sunday.
