Are you feeling fatigued this morning? You aren’t alone.

Statistically speaking, the Mondays after daylight saving time changes are the days that you are most likely to be involved in a car accident, due to driver fatigue.

However, a close second for fatigue may be the day after the Saskatchewan Roughriders play in Winnipeg due to a pillow shortage, according to Riders analyst Luc Mullinder.

“Winnipeg, we would always fly there, but for the first few years, we would bus back. So, we would play in Winnipeg, then load the buses and drive back. If the Riders had to do this in today’s day and age, I would imagine they would have probably a couple more buses, but more importantly, they would make sure guys had food. Before you were on your own, there was no food. As a rookie, I had to learn that, but thank God for a guy like Corey Grant, because there was this Jamaican spot out there, and Corey Grant would take orders. Then this minivan would pull up right before the buses left, and C.G. would hand out the stuff that we ordered.”

“I actually think the reason why we cancelled busing back and started flying back was that the Fairmont Hotel, every single time they hosted us, I would get on the bus, and I would see everybody had a Fairmont Hotel pillow. We’d all take the pillows from the hotel room because of the six-hour bus ride we were about to endure after a 60-minute football game. Everybody would steal the pillows.”
