Logan Richard, Tiffany Liu and siddhu sneh each took home three Music P.E.I. Awards on Saturday.
The awards were handed out during a ceremony at the Harbourfront Theatre in Summerside, which also featured performances by some of the winners and top nominees.
Richard, who tied with Lennie Gallant for the most nominations with five each, won in several major categories. The Charlottetown musician took home album of the year for his sophomore effort Character Traits, single of the year for The Grass is Blue (Everywhere I Go), and was also named songwriter of the year.
Gallant won folk recording of the year for Shelter from the Storms and music video of the year for Counting on Angels.
Tiffany Liu also won three awards: achievement in global music, instrumental recording of the year, and traditional recording of the year for Spring in Tianshan.
New artist of the year went to siddhu sneh, who also won rap/hip-hop recording of the year and R&B soul recording of the year for i am.
