Essex County OPP are advising residents of a road closure.
Manning Road is closed in both directions between Highway 3 and North Talbot Road for a multi-vehicle collision.
Emergency personnel are on scene, but no further details have been made available at this time.
Updates will be provided as they become available, but motorists are being advised to avoid the area for the time being.
