Fire crews responded to a fire at the same vacant house in the Watersedge Road and Country Club Crescent area two times this winter, Peel Regional Police said.

Emergency crews responded the first time on Thursday, Jan. 26. There were no injuries reported, but the fire caused significant damage, police said.

Police said the fire was set intentionally.

On Sunday, March 8, the same unoccupied residence was set on fire again, police said.

No injuries were reported again.

Both incidents are believed to be targeted arson, police said.
