Costco cellphone.

Costco’s wireless kiosks have launched a new set of spring offers, for those willing to sign on the dotted line for phones from Apple, Samsung, and Google.

From now until March 23, 2026, the offers once again include Costco Shop Cards and monthly device payments that almost hit zero.

However, these low prices come with a catch. They based on Save & Return (Rogers) or Flex Option (Bell) programs, which are essentially two-year leases.

To get these rates, you must return the phone in good condition after 24 months or pay a large lump sum to keep it. Also, these deals usually require subscribing to premium, high-tier 5G+ data plans, which often cost more per month than standard Bring Your Own Device plans.

One highlighted deal is the iPhone 17 (256GB) on Rogers for $10 per month. This includes a $200 Costco Shop Card but requires a 2-year 5G+ Ultimate Plan. Over the two years, you save roughly $479 compared to the full retail price, provided you return the device at the end of the term.

The Google Pixel 10 (128GB) and iPhone 16 (128GB) are both being offered for $1 per month on Bell. Both come with a $200 Costco gift card, though the card offer is only valid on Bell’s Ultra plans. Samsung’s Galaxy S25 FE is also available for $1.25 per month on Rogers with the same $200 bonus.

For those who already own their phone, Costco is offering a 100GB Canada-US calling plan for $40 per month after autopay credits. Small business owners can get a larger 150GB plan with international texting for $54 per month, plus an extra 10% off small business plans.

As a bonus for warehouse members, most activations include a complimentary IQ wireless charging Bluetooth speaker (valued at $99.99), as well as free screen protector installation and device setup. With the iPhone 17 series now halfway through its life cycle, expect prices to steadily decline as we head toward the next-generation launch this fall.
