Police have closed a highway following a fatal collision north of Brampton.
The OPP said shortly after 1:30 p.m. that the crash happened on Highway 10 in Caledon on Monday.
One person was rushed to hospital from the scene and was later pronounced dead. Police have closed Highway 10 between King Street and Olde Base Line Road while officers investigate the collision.
No details about the victim have been released, and police haven’t said how many vehicles were involved.
Police are urging drivers to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
