1. Successful Scotiabank Semiahmoo Ravens Alumni weekend in White Rock, Surrey
The second annual event was held across the peninsula March 6-8, and featured hockey players of all ages in an event that also raised money for local non-profit organizations.
2. Canadian mixed doubles curling championships coming to Surrey March 21-27
Twenty-eight teams from across the country, comprising 14 curling association champions, will compete for $20,000 and the right to represent Canada at next years’ world championship.
