SURREY — One man is now facing an upgraded charge after an early morning shooting at a Surrey home on Sunday, March 15.
Surrey police responded to the incident at an apartment complex in the 13900 block of Laurel Drive at around 1:40 a.m., where officers found a victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
The man died on the scene, while another man was arrested and taken into custody.
IHIT investigators then took over the case and determined that the incident was isolated.
