MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – Seniors Alexandra Berns and Emma Clift picked up another win at No. 1 doubles for the St. Olaf College women’s tennis team in a 7-0 loss to St. Catherine University on Saturday evening at Baseline Tennis Center.

Berns and Clift moved to 8-0 in dual matches and 5-0 in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) play at No. 1 doubles with a 6-3 victory for the lone win of the evening for St. Olaf (4-4, 2-3 MIAC). St. Kate’s (9-3, 2-1 MIAC) used a tiebreaker win at No. 3 doubles to take the doubles point before winning all six singles matches in straight sets.

The Oles will be back at it with a non-conference match against Bethany Lutheran College on Friday, March 27 at 5:30 p.m. at West Hills Tennis and Fitness Center.
