The NASCAR Cup Series competed at Darlington Raceway and the action was very intense. With the short-track package being ran at Darlington, drivers were faced with tire wear and increased horsepower in almost record-high temperatures. While the on-track product was different, the winner was a familiar face in 2026.

Tyler Reddick and the No. 45 team for 23XI Racing won the Goodyear 400 at Darlington, earning their fourth victory of the 2026 Cup Series season. Reddick arguably had the fastest car but dealt with voltage issues from the green flag. Brad Keselowski won the first two stages, only to get passed by Reddick with over 30 laps to go.

It was an impressive performance by the 23XI Racing driver, who won with co-owner Michael Jordan in attendance for a fourth time in 2026. Reddick has been lightning fast to start the 2026 NASCAR season, but a tough challenge awaits. NASCAR heads to Martinsville Speedway next weekend, and Reddick will have his hands full.
