MURRAY, Ky. — The Racers close out their preseason action with a second 1-0 victory, this time over the Bellarmine Knights. The Racers tout an undefeated record in exhibition play for the first time since 2017.

The Racers were dominant on both ends of the pitch, recording 17 shots as a team while holding Bellarmine to two. The Racers have now held both opponents scoreless through two exhibition matches.

Kate Stordy scored the lone goal in the match, with an unassisted goal in the 84th minute. Stordy, Breece Bass, Mary Hardy, Ava Wilson, Sydney Etter, Abbey MacDonald, and Sami Wilson all recorded shots on goal.

Defense has been a strength for the Racers through two exhibition matches, allowing just 10 shots, and only six of those on goal.
