Things to do in Toronto this weekend include comedy shows, concerts, a maple syrup festival, and sports events to keep you entertained.

The Sugarbush Maple Syrup Festival is back for spring, and that means you can head over to Bruce’s Mill Conservation Park and Kortright Centre for Conservation for your annual dose of all things maple. If this is your thing, you can check it every weekend until Apr. 7.

If you’re looking for comedy shows around town, you don’t want to miss Akaash Singh at Queen Elizabeth Theatre, as he wraps up his Toronto leg with his final show on the weekend. Local comedian and journalist Jennifer Hsiung is performing a stand-up set at Rivoli that’s also worth checking out.

The weekend will also see the Toronto Blue Jays playing their long-awaited home opener against the Athletics at Rogers Centre. There are tailgating parties happening across the city, too, to celebrate the occasion.

There’s all this and so much more to do in Toronto this weekend. Be sure to read our past round-ups for more inspo, and you can always reference our complete events calendar to plan ahead.
