Hyrox, the world’s fastest-growing fitness sport, is making its Vancouver debut this winter, and you’d better be ready to work up a sweat.
The huge competition is taking over the Vancouver Convention Centre from Dec. 20 to 21, with thousands of fans and participants expected to attend.
The World Series of Fitness Racing is comprised of over 80 international competitions in 2025, and organizers are promising that Hyrox Vancouver will be an “unforgettable weekend.”

“For our debut in this stunning West Coast city, Hyrox Vancouver promises an exhilarating fitness experience unlike anything you’ve seen before,” reads the event description online. “Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and the city’s vibrant winter energy, this is the perfect way to close out the year.
“We can’t wait to meet the Vancouver fitness community, welcome first-time competitors, and kick off a new Hyrox tradition in Canada.”

The race will include:
SkiErg

Sled Pull
Burpee
Broad Jumps
