This cool Toronto designer loft just dropped its asking price by $1 million

While many people don’t see the silver lining of Toronto’s sluggish condo market, knocking a cool $1 million off the price of one of the city’s most jaw-dropping lofts feels like a pretty decent consolation prize.

Case in point: unit 201 at 113 Dupont St., tucked inside the ultra-exclusive 113 Dupont Lofts, has just seen its asking price slashed from $3,995,000 to $2,895,000.

Yes, that’s still in “sell a kidney for the down payment” territory. But this isn’t your average cookie-cutter condo.
