Colombia and Croatia will face off under friendly conditions on Friday as the two World Cup 2026 contenders aim to build some momentum ahead of this summer’s sojourn to North America. Both teams will be in action at the biggest sporting event of the year and are each currently riding good spells of form into this weekend’s clash.
Croatia is set to return to the World Cup this summer, in what will be its fourth straight World Cup finals, having finished among the top three in each of the past two tournaments. This will be the first time these teams have met, with each nation facing only a handful more friendly matches to prepare for the World Cup 2026 after this showdown.
