Stephen Kopcik held off Ron Silk to score the victory in Saturday’s “Virginia is for Racing Lovers 200” for the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour at Martinsville Speedway. Tyler Rypkema, Eric Goodale, and Austin Beers completed the top five.
2026 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour at Martinsville Speedway
Four-time champion and defending Martinsville winner Justin Bonsignore took a hit in the points standings, though the season is still young, thanks to a late-race crash with Luke Baldwin in turn two. Bonsignore finished 24th. Baldwin was credited one spot higher in 23rd.

The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour will be back in action on Sunday, April 12 at Connecticut’s Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park for the Icebreaker 150.
