A vacant home has been badly damaged in Edmonton’s Parkdale neighbourhood following an early morning fire.
Edmonton Fire Rescue Services responded to the property near 117 Avenue and 80 Street around 7:49 a.m. on Monday, after receiving a report of a fire.
Once crews arrived, they could see smoke coming from the property and began to battle the blaze, declaring it out at 9:23 a.m.
No injuries have been reported, and an investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
