The most expensive home sold in Mississauga last month went for $5.5 million.

The list of the most expensive homes sold in March is out from real estate brokerage Zoocasa.

Home prices have been down in the first few months of 2026. The average price across all property types in Mississauga was down to $963,747 last month from $1,039,951 in February 2025, according to Toronto Regional Real Estate Board data.

Homes in the higher price bracket are selling, but all the properties on Zoocasa’s list sold for under the asking price.

Here is Zoocasa’s list of the five most expensive homes sold in March:

This four-bedroom home in Mineola backs onto a forested ravine lot and the Cooksville Creek. Features include an in-ground pool, hot tub, gazebo, a fishpond with a fountain, a greenhouse room and a recreation space with a fireplace.

This home sold for $3,050,000, under the $3,350,000 list price.

This four-bedroom home in Meadowvale sits on a nearly one-acre lot. Features include approximately 2,770 square feet of living space, hardwood floors, a fireplace, a bar, fireplace and two separate entrances.

This home sold for $3,300,000, under the $3,800,000 list price.

1730 The Pines

This five-bedroom home in Lorne Park sits on a south-backing pie-shaped lot. Features include a great room with soaring cathedral ceilings, arched clerestory windows, a mahogany front door, an in-law suite, a saltwater pool and an irrigation system.

This place sold for $3,312,500, just under the $3,489,000 list price.

This five-bedroom home in Mineola West offers approximately 6,700 square feet of living space. Features include an open-concept kitchen with high-end appliances, a butler’s pantry, a gas fireplace in the family room, an in-ground saltwater pool, a hot tub, a fire pit, a wine cellar, a theatre room and a wet bar.

This home sold for $4,000,000, under the $4,350,000 list price.

This seven-bedroom home in Lakeview is a custom-built modern residence. Features include large windows, a 20-foot foyer, wide-plank hardwood floors, glass railings, a butler’s pantry, a linear fireplace, a walnut custom bar, a theatre lounge, a glass-enclosed gym, a dry sauna, a pool and an outdoor kitchen.

This home sold for $5,500,000, under the $5,699,000 list price.
