A growing chain of Canadian-owned-and-operated pancake and breakfast houses is opening a new location in Brampton.
Stacked Pancake House will open its second location in Brampton on Wednesday, with a menu that includes flapjacks that come in over a dozen varieties, including blueberry, banana chocolate, NY strawberry cheesecake, maple banana crunch and much more.
The pancake house also has a daily breakfast special for $6.99, crepes, waffles, French toast, omelettes and bennies, along with a lunch menu that features burgers-of-the-day sandwiches.
Stacked already has one Brampton location on Great Lakes Drive, but will open a new location at 160 Main St. S. on Wednesday.
The brand started in Barrie as the Country Kettle Family Restaurant, and launched its first franchise as Stacked in Orangeville in 2016. In under 10 years, Stacked grew to over 100 locations across Canada.
Stacked launched a test kitchen last year, and says it has a lofty goal “to open a new store every week.”
