SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) – Notre Dame women’s basketball guard Cassandre Prosper announced on social media she will enter the WNBA draft.
Prosper will forgo her final year of college eligibility.
This past season, she averaged 13.6 points and 6.5 rebounds per game. She was named the ACC’s most improved player and to the conference’s all second team.
Hannah Hidalgo and KK Bransford are the only two returning Irish players who saw action during the team’s Elite Eight loss to UConn. The other four who played in that game ― gradute transfers Malaya Cowles, Vanessa de Jesus, Iyana Moore and Gisela Sanchez ― are all out of eligibility.
